Takeover Ad /Pushdown
Dimensions: Consists of two creatives: Flash file that begins in the 985x300 extended "takeover position" that becomes the 985x40 "leave behind" ad; a 300x250 "back-up" Slam Ad (click here for detail specs for the Slam Ad)

Behavior:
- Must open a new browser window upon click. Use on all HREFs
- Can launch daughter window (popup) only when user initiated by click.
- Alt text: 255 character maximum.
- Ad begins in "takeover position" and will close to the "leave behind" ad after 8 seconds. Auto expand limited to 8 seconds before closing.
- A minimum frequency cap of 2 per user will be placed on all Takeover Ads. After hitting the frequency cap the user will be displayed the "back-up" Slam Ad.
- Can launch daughter window (popup) only when user initiated by click.

Additional Specs :
- Must use template provided when building the ad. The actionscript in the template must be left untouched.
- Flash movie files saved in Flash version 6 or lower is recommended
- Animation frame rate should not exceed 15 fps
- No animation for the "leave behind" ad
- Ad unit may not cover the site's global navigation at any time.
- Audio is not permitted.
- Unit is not built to be supported by MAC users or Firefox browser.
- Creative should not exceed more than 30% of available CPU for more than 50% of the run time.
- “Open ad” button on "leave behind" ad and “close ad” button on "takeover position" ad must be present at ALL time, also both buttons must be positioned on top left side of the ad.
- All creatives must be designed with a solid background color to avoid unwanted color conflicts with the displaying page.

- If you have several url’s that a takeover ad will drive traffic to, use the same clicktag code as in our template, but for each different clicking url, utilize a different name for the clicktag - example below:

Ad Submission:
When submitting Flash creative provide:
- Flash movie file (.swf)
- Flash .fla file (PC Format)
- Fonts (PC Format) (if not fonts are provided, then all the fonts included in the .fla file must be converted to outline)
- 300x250 Back-up Slam Ad
- Click-through URL for each creative
