FLASH

• Must open a new browser window upon click. Use <target="_blank"> on all HREF's.
• Flash movie files saved in Flash version 4 or higher are accepted.
• A default GIF will be served to browsers that do not have a compatible Flash Plug-In.
• All creatives must be designed with a solid background color to avoid unwanted color conflicts with the displaying page.
  
• Sounds permitted; must be user initiated with an on/off switch (at least 25x25, and clearly visible).
• Creative should not exceed more than 30% of available CPU for more than 50% of the run time.
• The wmode value in the HTML code will be set to "opaque".
• CLICKTAGS/TRACKING: Click-through functions must use the "Get URL" command. The action script code needed for the button layer in your Flash file should look exactly as it is below. ** Keep the button on its own layer at the top of all the layers so it is never covered.

JAVASCRIPT

• 20k max file size which includes images and code to be uploaded to ad server.
• Any code that sets or reads 3rd-party cookies, or has any reference to cookies, must be 3rd-party served.
• JavaScript creative must be able to support all JavaScript versions 1.2 and higher or provide alt image.
